Refund Policy

Free Trial

Rae offers a 7-day free trial on the Monthly plan so you can experience Pro features before being charged. You will not be billed until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all purchases are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial before subscribing to a paid plan.

Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge
  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service
  • You contact us within 7 days of the charge date

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Rae extension. Cancelling stops all future charges. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at raeextension@gmail.com within 7 days of your charge. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 7 business days.
